[tex-eplain] Downloading latest Eplain

Dear list members,

If you wish to test or to use the latest Eplain, before
official release is made, you can download it from

  http://tug.org/eplain/src/

It is updated hourly from CVS sources on sarovar.org, so it
is more or less the `cutting edge' Eplain.  In particular,
you may want to download eplain.tex and the manual:

  http://tug.org/eplain/src/eplain.tex
  http://tug.org/eplain/src/doc/eplain.pdf

This eplain.tex includes all hyperlink patches and
after-2.8.4 patches that had been included into Eplain.

There is no documentation for the hyperlinks available yet,
sorry for that.  However, you can download these test files:

and use them as a reference.  I hope to finish the
documentation soon.
