[tex-eplain] Colors with hyperlinks

suggest using color package from graphics. It seems to work
fine with eplain's hyperlinks,
Great. Never would have occurred to me that that would be possible.
The only catch here is that text of each hyperlink will now
have to be placed inside a group.
Doesn't seem like a problem to me.
To coexist with color package, eplain could check whether
\color is defined
The main thing is that eplain users be able to use colors seamlessly.
For example, \input miniltx should not have to be in the user's doc.
If it all really works, it seems like it would be most convenient to
simply always enable colors, independent of hyperlinks. After all,
colored text can be useful on other occasions :). The code could check
if the miniltx and color.sty (or whatever) files are available, and if
they are, load them. If not, then make the color stuff be no-ops.
And, the main job, document what Eplain users can do ...
Sound reasonable? Perhaps you already had something like this in mind ...
