[tex-eplain] Gutter rule gotcha.

I was in the process of creating a two-column newsletter and I specified a 
rule in the middle of the gutter per the manual. The rule wandered over 
into the middle of the next column. Putting \singlecolumn at the end of 
the text and before the next hard page break solved this.
