Anyone have some reasonable values for setting up the page layout
using kgeneric?
Sorry, kgeneric doesn't really exist. It's not in a state where it can
be used, and I doubt I will ever work on it again at this point.
Of course, if you or anyone else would like to continue development,
that would be great.
