- Call for papers for TUG 2006 in Marrakesh, Morocco; the deadline is

- We are very happy to announce that DANTE e.V. and TUG have
agreed on a joint membership plan, similar to the long-existing
UKTUG/TUG and NTG/TUG joint memberships. Information will be
available on the DANTE web site at http://www.dante.de/dante/antrag/,
and the TUG web site at http://tug.org/join.html.
Special thanks to Klaus Hoeppner, TUG board member and the new DANTE
president, for making this happen. Thanks also to Volker Schaa, past
DANTE president and current vice-president, and all the DANTE
membership for supporting the plan. We hope it will be mutually
beneficial.
As always, please don't hesitate to contact us (tug-news at tug.org) with
questions, suggestions, or information.
Best wishes,
Karl Berry (President) on behalf of the TUG Board
