TUG 2003 election nomination deadline extended

The terms of the TUG President and 11 other members of the Board of
Directors will end as of the 2003 meeting of the TUG Board of Directors,
which will take place in conjunction with TUG 2003 in Hawaii.

February 1 was the deadline for nominations, and no candidate for
president of TUG has come forward.  Therefore, the current board is
extending the deadline for nominations to March 1, 2003.

So, please consider getting involved with TUG by running for the board
or for president.  Nomination forms are now due by March 1, 2003; see
http://tug.org/election/ for more information, or email
election at tug.org.
