[tug-summer-of-code] TUG application rejected

	Hello everyone,

  I'm sorry to announce that TUG's application to Google Summer of Code
has been rejected; TUG will not participate in GSoC this year.  Google
has not given any reason for that, but I understand that they had a lot
of applications, and they can't accept them all.

  I hope this won't be too much of a disappointment, and see you next
year!
