[tug-summer-of-code] Better Unicode compliance(Soc idea)

Hi guys,
I did some work with rendering indian languages. The current Tex versions
don't implement indic languages very well because of the rendering
(combining) problem. I wish to contribute to this area. Can you tell me
where to a way to go through with this?
