[pstricks] pst-stru examples do not work - Undefined control sequence - \KV at undefined {#2}{#3}\else

Hi, 
xelatex fails with all examples from 
https://mirror.informatik.hs-fulda.de/tex-archive/graphics/pstricks/contrib/pst-stru/doc/pst-stru-doc.pdf ¸
which I tested. E.g.:
