[pstricks] Scaling problem with xdvipdfmx

I cannot see aproblem. Compiling with latex->dvips->ps2pdf
it uses the fonts CMR10 and TeX-tipa10

and compiling with xelatex it uses LMRoman10-Regular and DoulosSIL

attached my output with up-to-date TL2017
