[pstricks] pst-circ Splitter component

Thanks Herbert,
that worked out!

The reason why I came up with the diagonal line is because I'm used to 
optical beam splitters. The diagonal represents the interface at which a 
part of the ingoing beam gets reflected.
Thus I concluded it should be mirrored.

A search for "splitter symbol" did in fact not came up with this cube 
symbol, so I can't give you an example for electrical circuits.
