[pstricks] - \pstnodescale undefined in the latest version of PSTricks

Dear Rick,

that is only of some historical interest. We have some basic
packages (everything in pstricks/) and some contributed
packages. To make this more clear we now call the first one
the base.

 by default.pstricks is loaded by any other pstricks related package

pst-xkey is loaded by _all_ pstricks and related packages.

pstricks-add should alsways be loaded as last pstricks package
and loads itself the other packages by default.

However, a package can only be looaded once, the reason why
an additional \usepackage with the same name does nothing.
