Hi, and welcome to this list

When posting about a problem you should give a minimal compilable example that shows the problem, including the preamble you are using.
Just the pspicture code may not be enough, as sometimes issues are dependent on specific settings or on package conflicts.

Also, it may be useful to post the log file, or a description of your settings, including what version of TeX is installed. 

There are very able people on this list, and I’m sure the issue will get resolved.
