[pstricks] PSTricks does not work as expected with xelatex after upgrade from texlive-2013 to texlive-2014

Ghostscript 9.15 is OK in the comming
"This is xdvipdfmx Version 20150315 ...".

However, in the case of xdvipdfmx in the TeX Live 2014,
9.15 is NG. Please use 9.10 in this case.
