[pstricks] powerdot and pst-optexp

Dear Herbert,

Thanks a lot.
It works for \iffalse \fi but not for the text color problem. (Even if I try with \AltCpliMode).

By the way, could let me know why \pspicture-\endpspicture works and not \begin{pspicture}. I always use the second form and I would like to imagine if I can have side effects elsewhere.

Use the syntax

\pspicture(..)(..)
\endpspicture

instead of the \begin .. \end notation.
