Yes, this is unfortunate, but I don't see a good way of separating
such general key names between packages.
Using a different nomenclature for one package (e.g. label-angle for
pst-optexp and labelangle for pst-circ) would confuse more in my
opinion, than help.
Also changing all internal calls to `\psset` inside pst-circ to
\psset[pstricks, pstricks-add, pst-circ] and inside any pst-optexp
object to \psset[pstricks, pstricks-add, optexp] would probably also
make problems in some specific cases.
