Dear all,

the following command work perfectly

\pstextpath{\psplot[linestyle=solid,linecolor=red,linewidth=.5pt, 
origin={-1,1}]{0.5}{1}{x  * (1-x) *(x - .5)}
}{$\rightarrow\rightarrow\rightarrow\rightarrow\rightarrow\rightarrow\rightarrow\rightarrow\rightarrow\rightarrow$}

But I would like to use a character which is left oriented. How can I 
mirror it inside \pstextpath.
