[pstricks] powerdot and pst-ovl

Dear Herbert,

I upgraded from pstricks 2.46 to pstricks 2.49c where overlay stuff has been moved to pst-ovl.
I have installed pst-ovl v0.04 and I can compile the pst-ovl-doc.

When I use powerdot, even with \usepackage{pts-ovl}, I get a postscript error when I open the file:

If I used the old pstricks.pro Version 1.17, 2013/07/08 where the stuff of overlay is inside, it works correctly.

I seems that powerdot does not used the txovlDict dictionary:

tx at Dict begin InitOL /TheOL (0) def end
-600 4178 a -600 4178 a
tx at Dict begin (0) BOL end
-600 4178 a -600 4178

Instead of
tx at Dict begin txovlDict begin InitOL /TheOL (0) def end
-600 4178 a -600 4178 a
tx at Dict begin (0) BOL end
-600 4178 a -600 4178
