[pstricks] pst-tree questions

In the pst-tree project below I have a few questions:

1) Can I put the red texts in a more automatic way so that
	a) they are automatically left aligned
	b) the texts are still just above and below the branch (or trunc) of the
tree even if I change the value of treesep

2) Can I left align the blue (and the black) texts and make the length of
the branches equally long?

I would be grateful for any hints.
