[pstricks] Another question about XeTeX and pstricks

Hi all, I write this new thread because it is a different matter that post above. I describe my question by means of the following examples:

1. XeTeX 3.1415926-2.5-0.9999.3-2013052300 (TeX Live 2013) +pstricks.sty    2013/05/21 v0.56 LaTeX wrapper for `PSTricks' (RN,HV) + pstricks.tex    2013/05/12 v2.43 `PSTricks' (tvz,hv) work OK (default texlive2013 dvd)
2. XeTeX 3.1415926-2.5-0.9999.3-2013061720 (TeX Live 2013) +pstricks.sty    2013/05/21 v0.56 LaTeX wrapper for `PSTricks' (RN,HV) + pstricks.tex    2013/05/12 v2.43 `PSTricks' (tvz,hv) work OK (upgrade only xetex)
Compile star (and not) version of pspicture, but:
3. XeTeX 3.1415926-2.5-0.9999.3-2013052300 (TeX Live 2013) + pstricks.sty    2013/05/22 v0.57 LaTeX wrapper for `PSTricks' (RN,HV) + pstricks.tex    2013/07/09 v2.45 `PSTricks' (tvz,hv) (upgrade pstricks)
4. XeTeX 3.1415926-2.5-0.9999.3-2013061720 (TeX Live 2013) + + pstricks.sty    2013/05/22 v0.57 LaTeX wrapper for `PSTricks' (RN,HV) + pstricks.tex    2013/07/09 v2.45 `PSTricks' (tvz,hv) (upgrade all)
fails to compile starred versions of pspicture. In the previous post Herbert wrote that  the problem was caused
by XeTeX to clipling objects, and here is my question, is it really a problem produced by XeTeX? or a bug in updating pstricks.
