As TeXLive 2013 is now frozen but will not be made available for several weeks yet, a good way to handle this is to  create a new folder

~/Library/texmf/dvips/pst-func

To download from Dante, hold the option key down while you click on pst-func.pro. Drag the downloaded pst-func.pro into the newly created folder. Make a note in your calendar for, say, the end of July, to install MacTeX 2013, run TeX Live Utility to update it, and then delete the folder you just created.
