[pstricks] Unknown "feature" for fillcolor and a "bug" in \psmatrix

Dear PSTricks maintainers and users,

I have 2 "problems" to discuss. 

	1. Why is fillcolor reset to white at the begin document? See the code at http://tex.stackexchange.com/q/102640/19356
	2. Should it be regarded as a bug where the rowsep of psmatrix is not accurate? See the code at http://tex.stackexchange.com/q/102731/19356

I am sorry, I don't attach the MWE (minimal working example) here because 
they have been posted  to an external site with good syntax highlighting support.
