Jean-Côme, you're right on the ball there -- that's exactly what I need :)

Patiently awaiting xlop 0.3 :)

Would there be anything I can do to help speed up its release? :p

Yes, I suppose (am I wrong?) that Hubert ask for xlop feature where
some numbers can be typeset in white (or what you want). For example to
obtain:

        949
    -------
13 ) 12345

      -----
        645

        ---

        ---
          8

rather than

        949
    -------
13 ) 12345
      11700
      -----
        645
        520
        ---
        125
        117
        ---
          8

xlop v0.3 will do that because there will be an english division.
Problem: I haven't any clue about the date of this release! Not before
september for sure.
