[pstricks] CFP 2012-1: PracTeX Journal: "LaTeX in the IT World"

Trying to download the PracTeX Journal I got the message that it "is available for downloading only some weeks after publication". When I tried for the 2010 journal I got the same message.

Maybe it would be a reasonable idea to show (instead the current message) until which dates the journal could be downloaded!
