[pstricks] dashed lines stopped working?

I would guess that the newpsstyle does not work with your version.
pstricks-add is known that they try new things,
but also delete them if they have better ideas.

Try instead
psset{linecolor=black,linestyle=dashed,dash=5pt 4pt}

and put it in the line just above the psline command.
