hi list,

\psElectricfield[arrowscale=number,...] has no effect on the size of  
the arrows; also, arrowsize etc. have no effect, also,  
\psset{arrowsize=10pt} before the \psElectricfield command has no  
effect;

so how can I change the size of the arrows?
