[pstricks] Installation problem

PSTricks is part of _any_ TeX distribution. If you want to
update your system, then use
http://archiv.dante.de/~herbert/PSTricks-TDS.tgz
http://archiv.dante.de/~herbert/PSTricks-TDS/

it has already the correct directory structure. And after
copying run texhash.
