[pstricks] surfaceparametree in pst-solides3D

On question 1, that was my question:  does the axesIIID have to come  
after everything else?
I had arranged it as the unsuccessful version in order to have the  
sheet behind printed before
the axes, but the sheet in front after, so that the axes would appear  
the way they should---blocked
only by the forward sheet.
