Hello
In case it is of any relevance, PSTricks works perfectly (as far as I have
used it at least) in the latest XeTeX version (as in the TeXLive
distribution) - XeTeX and its LaTeX flavour XeLaTeX both write PDF files
directly (like PDFTeX), but they have been tweaked to invoke GhostScript on
the fly so that the background processing is invisible to the user and the
resultant PDF has the PSTricks code correctly rendered without any further
intervention.
I *think* it will normally be the case the PDFTeX files should process
perfectly well unde XeTeX, since XeTeX has available to it all the fonts
that are loaded on the system.
Worth a try at least!
John
