I've never been able to get \multido to draw out dotted lines for
writing, whether it's Powerdot or just the article class :(
Always drew them line by line with \dotfill \\[3ex] or a similar
command.

Please excuse the (probably simple) question
I am trying to simulate lined paper in a Powerdot slide. I have
generated the code below which spaces the lines OK but they are
all shifted relative to the text. How do I adjust the code so any
text rests on the lines?
\multido{\n=1+1}{19}{\psline[linecolor=blue!30,linewidth=.3pt]%
(-.01\slidewidth,\n\baselineskip)(1.01\slidewidth,\n\baselineskip
)
Many thanks
