[pstricks] Arrow on paths

All,

Tried the attached, but got this error.

! Use of \psOrthLine doesn't match its definition.
l.62   \psOrthLine[
                    arrows=->,linecolor=red](2.5,0.2)(3.2,0.235) 
(3.8,-0.2){3}...

?
! Use of \psTangentLine doesn't match its definition.
l.64 \psTangentLine[
                     arrows=<->,linecolor=blue](2.5,0.2)(3.2,0.235) 
(3.8,-0.2)...

?

Maybe didn't make all the changes needed?
