[pstricks] Decimal long division

Thanks Jean Côme. I wouldn't have thought it was a package, since you
can't really do a "\usepackage{longdiv}"

And thank you for correcting my mistake. It did have a Barbara Beeton in
the article introducing the longdiv package. I should've looked more
carefully.
