[pstricks] Decimal long division

There was a "longdiv.tex" floating around by Barbara Beeton. A search
will reveal it all.

Or, use the attached "longdiv.tex" that I downloaded. To use,

\input{longdiv.tex}

\[ \longdiv{54}{7} \]
