[pstricks] Drawing logic circuits

This may be out of bounds, but the Tikz/Pgf package has a very good  
library for drawing circuit diagrams. It will handle both US and  
international symbols. I've tried drawing my own in pstricks: the ones  
in Tikz look much better (that is a function of my ability, I realize).
