To my knowledge, XFig produces .fig files. If cabriIIplus generated .fig
files are XFig compatible and not a completely different format which
only has extension .fig in common with XFig, then you could try to load
them into XFig and export them to PS from there.

PS: XFig is Linux/Unix centred. If you run Windows, you could try JFig
(which requires Java).
