[pstricks] setting up pst-solides3d

OK, but that doesn't explain the "no \begin{document}" error (and the
fact that my output pdf file consists of the single line of text ".
23false,false,".

I am currently downloading the pst-solides3d package from CTAN in an
attempt to update, but am not optimistic that this will fix the problem.

I have also noted that the start of my console output says it is using
pdfTeXk, even though I have explicitly told the system to use latex
+ghostscript. Since the documentation for pst-solides3d says
explicitly that it won't work with pdfTeX, this may be the problem.
I'm investigating this with the TeXShop helpdesk (aka Richard Koch).
