[pstricks] Using pdflatex

Hi there,
does anybody have a clue where I did go wrong then? Actually I like that 
kind of package much, since I wont have to write batches or other 
scripts anymore.
I use:
  - WinXP
  - TL2008 (Lehmann DVD + DTK-update)
  - TeXmaker/Console.
Log: says option enable, (La)TeX says: nope.
