[pstricks] psaxes

Herbert,

In the new pstricks-add 3.14, there is still a small issue with the  
placement of the optional labels at the axis tips, in that they ignore  
the value of labelsep if that parameter is set as an option in  
\psaxes. One possible fix is

(i) add the command \xdef\saved at par{\pst at par} just before \use at par in  
\def\psaxes at vii;

(ii) add the command \edef\pst at par{\saved at par} just before \use at par in  
\def\psaxes at vi.
