Dear Herbert,

Thanks for your help.

I was just comparing the two pst-circ versions and I saw this difference in line 207 on the circedge definition.
I changed it in the pst-circ file v1.49 and now it is OK. And then , I saw your mail.
Thanks again for this wonderful packages.

now I see the problem :-)
I defined circedge=\pcangles, but it should be circedge=\pcangle,
the singular type.
You can change it in the pst-circ.tex file in the \psset section
or just use \transistor[circedge=\pcangle,..]..

I'll upload a corrected version
