[pstricks] mouseover/tooltip in a plot

Hi Sebastian,

sorry -- forgive me - i was unconcentrated!

Here a correct working example -- i've forgotten to SAVE the implemented 
JavaScript...

Attached the revised example.

Change _dvipsone_ to _dvips_ in the preamble and it should run, if the 
free available LaTeX packages are installed properly.

However the required (nonfree) software is Acrobat Pro 7++.

Maybe Alexander Grahn finds some interest to get the OCGs as 
non-animated layers on start in such a way without the need of DISTILLER 
-- he managed that already for animations in his wonderful _animate_ 
package, however only as animations and not as standalone layers.
