I posted an updated version of pst-Bspline as

In addition to  drawing cubic B-spline curves (open/relaxed or closed)  
based on a sequence of B-spline control points, it has code to do B- 
spline interpolation through a sequence of points. The package  
includes documentation/examples. The interpolation code makes major  
use of the variant \psLCNodeVar of \psLCNode, and is included as a  
routine in pst-Bspline.tex.
