this file caused the problem. My fault was, that I installed the new
LaTeX- and TeX-files from the xkeyval-packages in differnt directorys
and LaTeX used during compilation the new xkeyval.sty- but the old
xkeyval.tex-file. With the new xkeyval.tex-file in the right location
the dashed lines ends accurate in the dots.
