[pstricks] tickstyle problem

Hello I have texlive-pstricks 2007.dfsg.3-2  installed on my machine 
with Debian. After using it,
i found a problem.

\psaxes[Dx=.5,dx=1,tickstyle=top,axesstyle=frame](-3,3)


The tickstyle=top does not work at least for me.

I hope you could fix this problem or tell me how to fix.
