[pstricks] histogram with logarithmic x-axis

Hi,
I have some data between 1000 and 20000 with constant relativ errors.
I want to plot some histogramms for these data with a logarithmical
scaled x-axis, e.g. from 1000 to 20000 with 1000 bins or from 2000 until
2004 with 6 bins.
I think it is no problem to take the logarithms of the data (get values
between 3.3 and 4.3 or between 3.3010 and 3.3019, (log base 10)) and to
count the number of data in the bins and to make a \listplot or a
\psbarchart with these data. But the labels at the x-axix should not the
logarithmic values but the original values (e.g. 2000, 4000, 8000, 16000
in the first case and 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004 in the second case).
Is there some simple way to do this?
Regards
Juergen
