This is how I would do it:

- seek "pst-3dplot" on the partition of your trust (LaTeX).
- seek pst-3dplot.sty -> <>.pro -> <>.tex
- find: "Has same options like psplot."

- drawstyle= yLines, xLines, xyLines

3d sphere allows something similar.
If the z-values are matched linear you might try: multido but despite of 
that, I'm out of knowledge.
