[pstricks] Looking for pst-pdf.cfg

Hi all,

I've been searching for a pst-pdf.cfg file that will allow me to use 
pst-pdf to generate individual .eps files of my pstricks graphics. I'm 
aware of the one at http://perce.de/LaTeX/pst-pdf/pst-pdf.cfg, but it 
requires a bash command line, which I don't have. An old message in the 
mailing list archives suggests somebody created a version for 
Windows/DOS, but I can't seem to find it anywhere. Does anybody know 
where I might find it?
