[pstricks] texexec, --pdfarrange, and paper size

I don't think that this is the proper mailing list for this question but you want to try
# texexec --mode=letter --pdfarrange --result=merged.pdf card1.pdf card2.pdf card3.pdf
and not 
# texexec --pdfarrange --result=merged.pdf card1.pdf card2.pdf card3.pdf
