in version 1.40 I already fixed this. But I suppose, that
I introduced the same bug again with 1.41 ... :-(
However, try http://perce.de/LaTeX/pst-circ/ , it should work
now as expected. Only pst-circ.tex is updated.

And I will upload it in the next few days to CTAN
