I think specifying a polar coordinate by (r;{(coor)}) is unusual.
But I think the syntax which is (1;{(2,2)}) not (1;(2,2)) had better be noted to user's guide.

looks like a bug in pstricks.tex, reading the angle values.
I suppose, it was forever there.
