[pstricks] sec, cosec, cotan in pst-math

I propose that the definitions for sec, cosec and cotan are added to
pst-math.pro:

 

/sec {COS 1 exch Div} bind def

/cosec {SIN 1 exch Div} bind def

/cotan {dup COS exch SIN Div} bind def
